All items are processed within 1-6 business days. Excluding Pre-Orders and Wholesale Orders. 

FREE SHIPPING OVER $50: Since this option does NOT include a tracking, I am unable to determine its whereabouts. Northern Light Co is not responsible in the event that your order is lost. Lost/stolen orders will NOT be replaced or refunded. 

Tracked Shipping: If you would like tracked shipping please make that selection at checkout. If you suspect your package is lost, please reach out so I can inquire with the shipping provider.

International Orders: Northern Light Co does not ship international at this time.

Please verify all your information is correct before submitting your order. Northern Light Co. is not liable for orders that are undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address because of an error submitted by the purchaser. We will NOT refund or replace the order.
