Return Policy

For sanitary reasons I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or breaks within 60 days of your shipping date I will replace them or refund you. 

All Northern Light Co pieces are handmade which means there will be variances from the photos portrayed and slight imperfections. This is what makes them unique and no two pairs are the same. 

Shipping Policy

All items are processed within 1-6 business days. 

Free Shipping Over $50: This option is untracked lettermail and does NOT include a tracking number. Northern Light Co is not responsible in the event that your order is lost. Lost/stolen orders will NOT be replaced or refunded. 

Tracked Shipping: Select the Tracked Shipping option at checkout if you would like the option to have a tracking number. This option is NOT Free on Orders over $50.

International Orders: Northern Light Co. does not ship outside of Canada at this time. 

PLEASE NOTE: Verify all your information is correct before submitting your order. Northern Light Co. is not liable for orders that are undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address because of an error submitted by the purchaser. The order will not be refunded or replaced.
