For sanitary reasons returns or exchanges on earrings on not accepted.

Damages and issues

If your product arrives damaged or breaks within 60 days of your shipping date I will replace them or refund you. 

All Northern Light Co. earrings are completely handmade meaning each pair is unique and there can be variances from the photos portrayed.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If this occurs please send an email to northernlightcanada@gmail.com. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
